Magnified Lab Solutions, LLC stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s) for any reason please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at in order to receive a return authorization number. A return authorization number will be granted as long as your item(s) qualify for a return/refund.

To qualify for a return/refund, all the following conditions must be met:

  • A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • You must return the product to Magnified Lab Solutions, LLC in order to receive a refund. Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • The return authorization number must be included along with your returned products.
  • Custom products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. This includes products manufactured, personalized, or altered from their original design as requested by the customer.
  • All international orders are FINAL SALE once the order has been processed and the item has shipped.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Magnified Lab Solutions, LLC is not responsible for returned items that are not received, you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Magnified Lab Solutions, LLC.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
