Basic Delivery Information

We understand that getting your items fast is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. After payment completion and shipment, depending on where you live shipping may take an average of 3-7 business days. Out of Stock Items

While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it.

Shipping and Processing Charges - Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is done via all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order leaves, transit time can be up to 7 to 10 business days within the 48 continental U.S., based on your location.

Express Delivery

Express delivery by Overnight, 2nd-Day, or 3rd-Day service is available on some orders for an additional charge. If an item can be shipped by one of these methods, you will see the options listed during your checkout. Delivery to PO, APO and FPO Addresses

We are happy to make PO, APO and FPO deliveries for you. Please understand processing times may be longer for these shipments. When ordering online, you may see a message that indicates that your delivery destination lies outside our normal shipping zones. All PO, APO and FPO deliveries must be sent by USPS or FedEx SmartPost.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders paid for through our website magnifiedLS.com will be billed in US dollars. Payment made by check must be in US funds payable by a US bank. Note that some merchandise is not available for shipment to Canada, including but not limited to, oversized items, and some custom-made items. Please note that all sales on international orders are FINAL once they have been processed and the item has shipped. If for some reason we are unable to process your order we will issue you a refund for any charges made via the original form of payment. This refund will not include any non-refundable charges imposed on the transaction by third parties.

Canadian order totals may not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, brokerage fees or any other internationally related charges. Canadian customers are responsible in full for all such fees and charges. Replacement orders or orders sent in multiple shipments are subject to the same policy. International Orders

We gladly accept international orders! Stripe, our payment processor, is able to accommodate most international payments. All orders will be billed in US dollars. Please note, international orders may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs than what is initially quoted or charged. Your bank may also charge you additional fees when purchasing items from Magnified Lab Solutions, LLC. These costs need to be paid before your order can be completed. To place an international shipping order, place your order online as normal. In the process of placing your order, you may see a screen message telling you that your postal code is not in our regular shipping zones. After placing your order, you will be contacted by email with a shipping quote for you to approve prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. is usually quoted via email within 5 business days of your order or request.
